Dr. Brian Bialiy
DMD
Dr. Bialiy is an accomplished dentist with extensive training in oral surgery, periodontics, and endodontics. Dr. Bialiy continually pursues advanced education to enhance the quality and breadth of his dental services.
Dr. Cassandra Eckert
DDS
Dr. Eckert is a skilled dentist with vast experience in prosthetics and dental implants. She constantly develops her professional growth by pursuing continuing education courses to update and fine-tune her skills.

Our Dental Assistants are right-hand ladies. They allow Dr. Bialiy to perform demanding and intricate procedures so you can receive the highest level of care. Without them, we could not practice.
Tracey
Office Manager
Tracey uses her many talents along with 15+ years of experience managing dental offices to help our office provide the best patient experience possible. She is instrumental to our office culture through the passion she brings to her work on a daily basis. She is willing and eager to deal with the diversity of tasks that may arise. She is always there to assist with any questions or issues.
Tracey and her husband Ron are lifelong residents of Washington. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, walking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Dina
Front Desk
Dina has 5+ years working at the front desk for Castle Family Dentistry. She takes pride in interacting with the patients that come in the office and over the phone. She is a best-in-class Treatment Coordinator who offers a patient-centric approach to billing. Her experience and knowledge working with insurance plans makes her an invaluable asset both to our team and to our patients.
Dina and her Husband are local residents of Washington. She stays very busy going to Cheerleading competitions with her Daughter who Cheers for Warren Hills High School. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, crafting and visiting local breweries with her Goldendoodle, Boddington.
Heather
Business Manager & Registered Dental Hygienist
Heather has been a registered dental hygienist for almost 20 years. She started working at Castle Family Dentistry in July 2019. Most of the time, she helps out as a business manager and fills in for the hygiene department, but she has also filled in for all parts of Castle besides actually being a dentist!
Heather is also Dr. Bialiy’s wife and one of the reasons he decided to become a dentist. When not helping in the office, she drives her beautiful daughters all over NJ and PA. She loves to watch them participate on stage, in color guard, and play sports! She also enjoys spending time with friends and family. Heather’s first love is dancing and performing. Heather loves cuddling up on the couch with her cats and sometimes the dog when not at work.
Kerstin
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kerstin's education consisted of Millersville University and Northampton Community College. Kerstin has been a dental hygienist for over 25 years. Her favorite part of being a dental hygienist is easing the fears of her apprehensive patients. She also loves to educate her patients on the link between dental health and the health of the entire body. Graduated from Liberty High School in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and currently resides in Easton, Pennsylvania.
Nickie-Jo
Registered Dental Hygienist
Nickie-Jo is an RDH who loves to learn and stay current on new dental procedures and studies. She values developing a positive rapport with her patients and making them feel at ease to help create a positive and fun experience. In her chair, her patients will receive top-notch quality care that is individualized to each person's specific needs in a professional and comforting manner.
When she is not treating her patients, Nickie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, coaching competitive cheerleading, supporting her children in various clubs and sports, listening to live bands, traveling, and reading a great book. Nickie resides in Bethlehem, PA.
Adrian
Registered Dental Hygienist
Adrian is an RDH eager to welcome her patients, and build a warm and informed patient-provider relationship that supports quality treatment.
Since childhood, Adrian has been surrounded by and grown up in dentistry. Coming from a dental provider family, Adrian graduated from Northampton Community College, and ever since, strives to stay current with dentistry's ever progressing nature, supporting her patients with fresh contributions to their care. With hygiene experience in fields such as general dentistry, periodontics, and prosthodontics, as well as serving patients pediatric through geriatric age, Adrian is proud of her meticulousness, passion for quality care, and commitment to keeping her patients informed about their oral health. In her free time, Adrian enjoys going to the gym, drawing, singing, playing video games, and hiking.
Cara
Registered Dental Assistant
Cara graduated in 2012 from the Dental Assisting and Radiology Program at Warren County Community College. She is also the Dental Radiography Instructor at Warren County Community College. She earned her Certified Dental Assistant License and Registered Dental Assistant License in 2019, as she enjoys bettering her education and learning new things. She has one daughter, that is her whole world. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her daughter, visit her family in North Carolina, read, garden and trips to the beach.
Elaine
Registered Dental Assistant
Elaine is a registered dental assistant in the state of NJ. She has been a dental assistant for over 35 years. During her career, Elaine has worked in several different dental specialties, but she loves general dentistry the most. She enjoys working with patients and helping them feel comfortable during their appointments.
Elaine and her husband live locally. They have two married children and five grandchildren. They enjoy spending time with their family, camping, and visiting local wineries.
Olivia
Dental Assistant
Olivia joined our team in May 2024. She graduated from the dental assisting program at Warren County Community College in 2017 and is currently in the dental hygiene program, entering her final semester in the Fall of 2024. When she isn’t in the office assisting, she enjoys trying new local restaurants and different foods, spending time with her adorable dog, Benny, and just being outdoors.

Bianca is a sterile technician/front desk assistant interested in learning about dentistry!
When she’s not Kerstin’s favorite daughter, Bianca enjoys going out to eat, working out, and watching movies.

Receptionist
I’m proud to be one of the smiling faces here at Castle Family Dentistry. I have over 20 years of experience in the dental field. Beginning my career as a dental assistant before moving to the front office 7 years ago. My clinical background helps me better understand our patients' needs, and I now focus on patient communication, insurance verification and patient scheduling to help make every visit run smoothly. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our 3 dogs and horse. When I can, I’m off vacationing at Disney, my happy place.

My experience with Nickie the dental hygienist was great, I felt as if we have known each other for years. They asked questions about my expectations and what I like and don't like about the dentist instead of just jumping right in with the machines and or any bad tasting fluoride or cleaner. The Dr. and the receptionists were also kind and very personable. The technology they have here is also pretty cool and so much more efficient and faster now a days than what it use to be.
