Meet the Doctor
Providing general and cosmetic dentistry in Washington, NJ, Dr. Brian Bialiy has earned the highest ratings in quality and patient satisfaction. Dr. Bialiy believes in a strong connection between a patient’s oral health and general health, so he is dedicated to developing a customized treatment plan that is specially designed for each patient. When we say your dental health is our specialty, we mean it.

Our Dental Assistants are right-hand ladies. They allow Dr. Bialiy to perform demanding and intricate procedures so you can receive the highest level of care. Without them, we could not practice.
Dina
Front Desk
Dina has 5+ years working at the front desk for Castle Family Dentistry. She takes pride in interacting with the patients that come in the office and over the phone. She is a best-in-class Treatment Coordinator who offers a patient-centric approach to billing. Her experience and knowledge working with insurance plans makes her an invaluable asset both to our team and to our patients.
Dina and her Husband are local residents of Washington. She stays very busy going to Cheerleading competitions with her Daughter who Cheers for Warren Hills High School. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, crafting and visiting local breweries with her Goldendoodle, Boddington.
Tracey
Office Manager
Tracey uses her many talents along with 15+ years of experience managing dental offices to help our office provide the best patient experience possible. She is instrumental to our office culture through the passion she brings to her work on a daily basis. She is willing and eager to deal with the diversity of tasks that may arise. She is always there to assist with any questions or issues.
Tracey and her husband Ron are lifelong residents of Washington. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, walking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Heather
Business Manager
Heather has been a registered dental hygienist for over 15 years. She started working at Castle Family Dentistry in July of 2019. Most of the time she is helping out as a business manager and helps fill in for the hygiene department, but has filled in for all parts of Castle Family besides actually being a dentist!
Heather is also Dr. Bialiy’s wife and one of the reasons why he decided to become a dentist. When not helping out in the office, she is driving her beautiful daughters all over NJ and PA. She loves to watch them participate on stage, in color guard and play sports! She also enjoys spending time with friends and family. Heather’s first love is dancing and performing. When not at work Heather loves cuddling up on the couch with her cats and sometimes the dog.
Juliet
Dental Hygienist
Juliet is an R.D.H with over 13 years of experience. She is passionate in educating her patients about the oral/systemic link- how your oral health affects your overall health. She is a great conversationalist who cares deeply about her patient’s wellbeing.
In her free time Juliet enjoys traveling, reading, seeing Broadway shows, spending time with her 2 cats, and her husband, sometimes. She is passionate about food from different regions- feel free to ask her for recommendations of restaurants in your area.
Cara
Certified Dental Assistant License and Registered Dental Assistant
Cara graduated in 2012 from the Dental Assisting and Radiology Program at Warren County Community College. She is also the Dental Radiography Instructor at Warren County Community College. She earned her Certified Dental Assistant License and Registered Dental Assistant License in 2019, as she enjoys bettering her education and learning new things. She has one daughter, that is her whole world. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her daughter, visit her family in North Carolina, read, garden and trips to the beach.
Kerstin
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kerstin's education consisted of Millersville University and Northampton Community College. Kerstin has been a dental hygienist for over 25 years. Her favorite part of being a dental hygienist is easing the fears of her apprehensive patients. She also loves to educate her patients on the link between dental health and the health of the entire body. Graduated from Liberty High School in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and currently resides in Easton, Pennsylvania.
Candace
Dental Assistant
Candace graduated in 2010 from Central Career School in South Plainfield, NJ for dental assisting where she also received her radiology license. She has worked in multiple offices at once learning different aspects of dentistry and enjoys learning new techniques. She loves getting to know her patients and some become like family! When she's not working, Candace spends her time with her husband and three adorable little boys Hunter, Jameson, and Jaxson. And when she can sneak away she spent time at Island Dragway as she grew up around drag racing and has a hot rod of her own!
Ashley
Receptionist
Ashley is new to the dental field and is eager to learn and ready to help! Ashley wants to go to Dental school in the future, she’s excited to start that journey. Ashley lives in Pennsylvania, she moved there about 4 years ago but would much rather move back to New Jersey!
Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and boyfriend in her spare time. She also enjoys coaching softball and watching her sister play travel softball!
My wife had an emergency and this was her first time going to Castle Family Dental. Dr. Bialiy was fantastic. We just moved into this area and didn't have a dentist. We will both continue going there. All of the staff are very nice. The Drs. Assistant was so sweet and made my wife feel comfortable. The entire place is great!
